What Ohio may not know about Issue 2

The 2015 Ballot for November 3rd is a prime example of 'Picking your words' The lawmakers worded Issue 2, In a manner that will confuse the average voter not willing to take the time to disect the words in the Text of Measures (What your actually voting for) Today I took the time to read this and learn what im going to be voting for, and Coincidentally I discovered that If Issue 2 passes It will act as an anti-monopoly law, But It will also put The Ohio Supreme court in Absolute Control of anything related to Issue 2 (Issue 3 Legalization Of Marijuana);

Issue 2

Anti-monopoly amendment; protects the initiative process from being used for personal economic benefit

Proposed Constitutional Amendment

Proposed by Joint Resolution of the General Assembly

1. Proposing to amend Section 1e of Article II of the Constitution of the State of Ohio.

a majority yes vote is necessary for the amendment to pass.The proposed amendment would:Prohibit any petitioner from using the Ohio Constitution to grant a monopoly, oligopoly, or cartel for their exclusive financial benefit or to establish a preferential tax status.

2. Prohibit any petitioner from using the Ohio Constitution to grant a commercial interest, right, or license that is not available to similarly situated persons or nonpublic entities.

3. Require the bipartisan Ohio Ballot Board to determine if a proposed constitutional amendment violates the prohibitions above, and if it does, present two separate ballot questions to voters. Both ballot questions must receive a majority yes vote before the proposed amendment could take effect.

4. Prohibit from taking effect any proposed constitutional amendment appearing on the November 3rd, 2015 General Election ballot that creates a monopoly, oligopoly, or cartel for the sale, distribution, or other use of any federal Schedule I controlled substance.

5. The Ohio Supreme Court has original, exclusive jurisdiction in any action related to the proposal.

If passed, the amendment will become effective immediately.

Now Number 4 & 5 Seem to be pretty clear to me what would happen if Issue 2 Is passed, Prohibit is In Prohibition, Now for those of you who do not know Marijuana IS a SCHEDULE I CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, They trick you by putting "Anti-Monopoly" In there because A lot of us voters will think money, but the sad part of this is unless you are rich and can by the pre-designated plots of land for the groweries, The Marijuana buisness will have to be monopolized.

Take it how you will but I think i have Made it a little easier for you to read between the lines,
